Application For K-8

Please note: Students must meet the required age by September 1st of the academic year they are enrolling in. This policy ensures appropriate grade placement and supports each student’s academic and developmental success.

We kindly ask all families to review the criteria before submitting an application.

Kindergarten: students must be five years old by September 1st of their entry year.

Grade 1: students must be six years old by September 1st of their entry year, and have successfully completed kindergarten.

Grade 2: students must be seven years old by September 1st of their entry year, and have successfully completed Grade 1.
Admission Process:
Kindly read carefully all the steps of the Admission Process below:​
Step 1: Please fill out the Application Form and pay one-time $50 Application fee
Step 2: You will be contacted to schedule the placement test for the student.
Step 3: An email with an Enrollment Form link will be sent once the student clears the Placement test
Step 4: Complete the Enrollment Form and pay the $400 Enrollment Fee. Then the student's spot will be secured in shaa Allah.
Submit an Application
To begin the Online Application process follow all the steps below.
1. Click here to Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.
2. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and click on Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
3. A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

After submitting the application, ST staff will review the application and schedule an Placement test with the applicant in shaa Allah.
